Here is a really good move that I typically use to focus on rear delt. I typically turn my body to where I'm facing the shoulder press machine and place the heel of the palm of my hand against the handle. The shoulder press machine gives you a really good mechanical advantage to where you are able to isolate one side at a time while keeping your core nice and tight.
