👉🏾 Let me explain.....The fundamentals of what’s required (consistent diet and exercise) MOST people essentially know but then you factor in things like Work, Kids, Hormones, Medication, Injures etc...
The list is virtually endless of stuff that we ALL have to contend with.
BUT you also have those to continue to persist, continue to show up, continue to make progress in spite of the challenge!!
The process isn’t always easy, perfect or comfortable but well WORTH IT. For most people ease and comfort will never bring about true transformation. And Quite honestly that’s why MOST PEOPLE end up jumping from One Quick Fix to Another Quick Fix. Someone continues to SELL THEM EASE AND COMFORT. “Just Drink This Tea, Take This Pill, DO THIS ONE THING or Whatever the Newest Fix is 🤷🏽♂️❌🙅🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
You must know your reason why and be prepared to make consistent daily progress towards your goal. 💪🏾😃✅
