Meet Jeff — one of many clients I work with here in Fort Mill, South Carolina, who is committed to getting stronger, moving better, and feeling better through smart, customized training.


In this session, Jeff is performing a transverse twist with resistance bands, a movement I frequently use in my 1-on-1 personal training programs. This exercise is excellent for building core strength, spinal stability, balance, and functional movement, all while being joint-friendly.
