Evolving at Any Age: How Jody (62) Broke Through Her Plateau and Unlocked New Strength

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my 24 years of coaching here in the Fort Mill and Tega Cay community, it’s this:


You are never too old to evolve, grow, and get stronger.


Meet Jody.
She’s 62, committed to her health, and like many people who’ve spent years working out on their own, she found herself stuck in a routine that never changed. The same exercises. The same reps. The same approach year after year.


Eventually, even the most dedicated person hits a plateau — and that’s exactly where Jody found herself.




Why Coaching Matters (At Any Age or Fitness Level)




One of the most powerful parts of what I do as a personal trainer is bringing a fresh perspective to someone’s fitness routine.


It doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner, intermediate, or advanced — we all have blind spots in our training.
