One of the most rewarding parts of my work as a personal trainer in Fort Mill is helping people rediscover what their bodies are capable of doing, especially after years of health challenges.


Meet Diana, a strong and inspiring woman in her 60s.


After facing three bouts of cancer, Diana came to me with one simple but powerful goal: she wanted to get stronger and feel better. At the time, everyday movements were a struggle.
