As Fort Mill & Tega Cay Top Personal Trainer I realize Weekly progress photos are at the top of the priority list when it comes to STAYING ON TRACK and making CONTINUED progress.
As a coach I find that some clients hide from their photos because of facing the REALITY that either they aren’t working HARD enough (intensity) or that they are even following the plan (consistency).
Don’t know where to start? Then start with your initial photos and if they suck then great 😃👍🏾 No one ever in history took a before picture that they were excited about THATS WHY YOU START THE PROCESS!!
I’m always excited to get client updates via PROGRESS PHOTOS because it almost 100% guarantees that the client is focused and even if they aren’t on track then the photos don’t lie (and serves as a reality gut check)‼️
