Jacob follows the plan to a T and most of all he is Focused and Serious about his transformation! It’s so motivating to work with him because I don’t have to check in each and everyday to make sure he’s on top of it because he is very diligent about his nutrition and getting his workouts in. Also he has a big enough WHY to keep him going!

In order to reverse a lifetime of neglectful health, I had to shift the way I perceived comfort and find my “why”. At 318 pounds I became less comfortable with the idea of being the big strong football player and began to realize that I haven’t played football in years, I wasn’t strong, and now I’m just plain overweight and my quality of life has diminished significantly. Your why has to be much deeper than superficial reasons such as how we look. I had to dig deep and realize that the way I was living did not portray the lifestyle that I wanted for myself or the example I wanted to set for my friends, family, and future patients. Living a healthy lifestyle goes beyond the gym and I had to alter my entire mindset to align with what I wanted to accomplish in order to attain the goals that I had set out for myself.
